The Utah Hockey Club fell to the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers 4-1 at the Delta Center on Wednesday night. Despite the loss, SLC Puck host Austin Facer thinks that Utah can learn a loss from the Panthers, mostly the importance of toughness when it comes to winning hockey games.
Logan Cooley, the team's 20-year-old phenom has shown flashes of toughness on a nightly basis, but Austin would like to see him lean more into it. Taking a page out of Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Pronger's playbook, he would do well to adopt an alter ego, or a different persona when he hits the ice.
That, and a discussion on why hockey teams pull their goalies while trailing late in games, make up this episode of SLC Puck!
