✅ Kalshi Card — Total Goals
Play 1 — Vegas by 1.5 goals? NO
Stake: 1u
Vegas is good, obviously. But this price is basically saying, “Utah is just showing up to be stomped.” I don’t buy that, especially not in the Delta Center and especially not when the team is desperate for a 2-point night. I like Utah to either win outright or at least keep this to a one-goal sweat. At 71¢ at the time of my trade, “No blowout” is the side I want.

Legs
Leg 1 — Dylan Guenther — 1.5 Shots on Goal
Pick: More than 1.5 SOG
I’m calling this leg Ol’ Reliable. Gunner has been living at 3+ shots in basically every game lately. Why would he stop now? Utah needs goals, goals, goals and Guenther is their best sniper. The Mammoth are desperate for a power-play spark; a PP that doesn’t feature at least one one-timer from No. 11 would be shocking.
Leg 2 — Jack Eichel — 2.5 Shots on Goal
Pick: More than 2.5 SOG
Another “don’t overthink it” play. Eichel has been firing a ton lately and is overdue to see a few go in. Even if he doesn’t score, volume is the whole game for us here. Vegas leans on him to drive offense; I’m betting that shows up on the scoresheet.
Leg 3 — Karel Vejmelka — 22.5 Saves
Pick: More than 22.5 Saves
Sure, Veggie hasn’t been great this season. But he’ll be given the chance to play his way out of his current funk. He should see plenty of rubber against a Vegas team that likes to live in the offensive zone. Utah’s shot-suppression can keep things from totally tilting, but a mid-20s shot total for the Knights is still very realistic. If he tracks well early, this leg should cruise.
